The Effects of Technology to Human Resource

Technology is the collection of such tools, including machinery, modifications, arrangements and procedures. Technologies significantly affect human as well as other animal species' ability to control and adapt to their natural environments. In this era we can find technology almost everywhere we open our eyes. It takes a big part of our life, helping us do many things, makes everything easier than do something manually. But behind a lot of positive effects of the technology, it also has some bad effects. Technology itself has effects to human resource.

The effects of technology to human resource:

1. Losing the sensitivity to experiment. It’s psychologically important to be brave to face the challenges of our life.
2. The death of human’s imagination because machine take all human’s job.
3. Restriction of human’s freedom.

Hand Shape

You probably have already known that your hand can show what kind of person you are and what lies store for you. It’s not only look at the lines on your palm, but also the size and shape of your hands. The shape of your fingers and your thumbs, the prominence of your knuckles and mounds, and even your finger nails say something about who you are.
Your hands are divided into elemental types that help define the person’s temper and personality.

Broad, square palms and fingers – Earth hands

Physical characteristics: Hands are very square-set with boxy fingers and thumbs and square-ish fingernails. The skin is usually coarse and thick in texture. The color is reddish and ruddy. Has fewer but deeper lines.

Personality type:  An Earth hand denotes level-headedness and a no-nonsense approach to life. They prefer physical to intellectual pursuits and are often very practical people who work with their hands or outdoors. Earth types are often skeptical of "fortune telling".

DIY: Snowflake Window Clings

If you’re Indonesian people, you absolutely never ever saw any snow in our beloved country. These fun, festive, sparkly window clings add interest and are easy to remove.
So here’s the way how to ‘see’ snow in Indonesia.

DIY: How to Make an Invisible Ink

Do you remember any action movies, like a movie about Bill Gates who tried to find treasure maybe? One of the scene is Bill was reading codes on a map, and that’s written by using invisible ink. So you can write secret messages with ink that only appears when exposed to heat! How awesome is that? Super awesome for me!

I love One Direction!!

Hello world! FYI this post is trash, hahahaha :D because it’s probably categorized as diary. Well, I’m going to share to you the reason why I love One Direction. Okay, some people say that I’m such a fanatic fan. But I’m quite sure that I’m not. I’m just a fan. But I consider, I never idoling someone this crazily before One Direction. I mean, I was an Arch Angel, a Simpsonizer, a Belieber, and whatever—I  can’t remember. But never once crying for my idols, laughing with them, and even smiling just by seeing them. You, who are not a Directioner—the name of One Direction’ fans—may think I’m absolutely over acting. But seriously, that’s the truth.

On the first  and second years of their career, I didn't admire them as much as I’m right now. I was just like, oh, okay, they’re cool. But now, oo I can’t even choose a word to express it. Remember when the very first day of the Where We Are Tour, there wasn't any live stream, so me and all fandom were just waiting for people who watched the concert to upload any live-tweet. And we were so crazy that time “watching their concert” through Vein. I remember some fandom, and me too, made a tweet like “You’re watching the boys’ concert? |yeah|wow, how was your seat?|it was Vine”. You know Vine, the video is just 6 seconds, and we were online for hours just to watch some 6 seconds vines.
Luckily on the third day there was an audio live steam in Coca Cola FM. YOU NEVER KNOW HOW CRAZY I WAS THAT DAY! I woke up earlier about 6 am or more, can’t remember well. Just to listen to their voice. And fortunately I have WiFi on my dorm. So I woke up, turned on  my laptop, open my twitter, and accessed to Coca Cola FM. I know it’s still early in the morning, some people still sleeping, especially because it was holiday in my country. But I was screaming when I was able to hear their voices, I swear I was screaming and hold my Garfield doll like I just got it from my dad. It was fun though J

DIY : One Direction Tattoo Scarf

Okay, so I think this stuff is really cool. For you all Directioners :) (not mine)
Step:
  1. Print out your flash
  2. Place in center and tape to the back of the scarf to hold in place
  3. Start to trace over the flash. The texter may bleed a little so in detailed areas do not press down too hard. While tracing, hold the fabric tightly with your fingers so the scarf keeps in place and the design stays in the right dimensions.
  4. When finished remove the back template and check if you need to do any touch ups. Once you are happy then iron the scarf to give the ink extra hold (do not iron if fabric is not suitable)
  5. And you are done, its super cute isn't it? and not to hard to do :D
